Owner, Founder.
After being in our family business for over 20 years I felt I needed a new direction in life. I came across Cryotherapy and I immediately gained an interest in the health benefits it had to offer in relation to sports recovery. The more I learnt, the more I came to realise just how many people I could help by training in the delivery of this treatment. It was no longer only about sports injury but long standing ailments too.
With no such business available to people in the Warrington area I decided to open Warrington's first cryotherapy spa and Elements Cryo Spa opened its doors..
