Cryochamber sessions require you to stand in our chamber for 2 to 5 minutes. You will be required to wear minimal clothing (underwear or swimwear), gloves and slippers. Your privacy is fully respected and you will be given a gown to cover up when needed. You will get benefits from just one Cryo Session but it is most effective when used regularly.
