Service Description

Target you deep tissue with our Shockwave Therapy. Each 30-minute session focuses on alleviating muscle pain, enhancing blood flow, and speeding up recovery. Additional areas can also be treated within the same booking for a discounted rate - go to the "Shockwave x 2 Areas" listing to book if you are looking for two areas treated at once. Available daily except Sundays, and before 12pm on Wednesdays.

Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy Payment and Scheduling Full payment is required at the time of booking through our secure online system. This confirms your appointment and reserves your slot for the chosen service at Elements Cryo Spa. Rescheduling Appointments We understand that schedules can change, so we offer the flexibility to reschedule your appointment. If you need to change your appointment time, please provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us sufficient time to allocate the slot to another client. Changes within this timeframe can be made without any additional charge. Cancellation Policy To cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this period will allow for a full refund. However, if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, the full payment is non-refundable as it compensates for the time reserved and potential booking opportunities lost. Late Arrivals We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best experience. If you are more than 10 minutes late, unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate you, and your payment will not be refunded. This policy is in place to ensure that subsequent appointments are not delayed and that all clients receive the best possible service.
